Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on IT Head who can define technology strategy, drive AI adoption, and deliver flawless execution.

The ideal candidate is a solution-oriented problem solver with a start-up mindset, strong technical depth, and the ability to manage cross-platform development (web + mobile).

This senior leadership role is responsible for:

• Product innovation & continuous enhancement
• SaaS infrastructure reliability and scalability
• AI-driven feature implementation
• Security & compliance
• Building internal systems (HRMS)
• Leading a high-performance tech team

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnology Strategy & Execution

• Define and execute the IT roadmap aligned with business and revenue goals.
• Drive AI enablement across the SaaS LMS, proctoring system, and exam management platform.
• Lead adoption of new technologies to improve personalization, scalability, and user experience.

Product Development & Enhancement

• Lead end-to-end development across PHP, CI 4, Python, React, HTML, CSS.
• Build and manage multi-tenant SaaS architecture, subscription management, and payment workflows.
• Ensure seamless API integrations (internal + third-party), including eCommerce systems.
• Guide the design and management of a native mobile app (iOS + Android) for the LMS.

Internal Systems (HRMS Development)

• Build and deploy a complete HRMS solution leveraging ERPNext / Frappe framework.
• Streamline HR operations (onboarding, payroll, leave, performance tracking).
• Integrate HRMS with other enterprise systems for smooth data flow and reporting.

Operations & Uptime

• Maintain 99%+ uptime across all platforms with robust monitoring and alerting systems.
• Ensure rapid incident detection, troubleshooting, and resolution.

Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps

• Oversee deployment, scaling, and cost optimization in AWS / Azure / GCP.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated backups, and disaster recovery strategies.

Security, Compliance & Audit

• Lead implementation of ISO 27001, SOC 2, CERT-IN standards.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., DPDP Act).

AI Integration & Analytics

• Build and integrate AI-powered modules for:
• LMS KPI analytics & reporting
• Skill-gap analysis & personalized learning paths
• AI course builder for automated content structuring
• Proctoring enhancements (cheat detection, identity verification)

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Build and mentor a high-performing tech team (developers, DevOps, security).
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to deliver business-aligned solutions.

Candidate Profile

Education:

• BE / B.Tech / MCA / BCA or equivalent in Computer Science or related field

Experience:

• 10+ years in building, deploying, and scaling SaaS products.
• Proven expertise in PHP, Python, React, HTML, CSS, and native mobile app development.
• Strong background in SaaS multi-tenancy, subscription management, API/eCommerce integrations.
• Hands-on experience with AI implementation in enterprise systems (preferred).
• Experience in building HRMS solutions using ERPNext / Frappe (preferred).
• Track record of building SaaS applications that can scale.
