Description: We are currently recruiting for an Talent acquisition Specialist to take care of Recruitment, Training and Development, Head-hunting etc
- Sourcing from Job portals like Naukri, Linkedin, etc
Other responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with existing employees, executing human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; performance and talent management; recognition; health and safety; and training and development.
- Statutory Compliances knowledge Employee Database Management, Issuance of Various Letters, Performance Review & Management, Trainings & Development activities, Employee Engagement Activities.
What we are looking for:
- 1 to 4 years of experience as a Recruiter
- Must have Experienced in the media industry.
- MBA / PGD / Masters Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Understanding of HR functions, HR best practices, regulatory changes, new technologies in human resources, talent management, Labor Law, and employment regulations will be an advantage.
**Salary**: ₹11,008.43 - ₹32,636.45 per month
