You will partner closely with hiring managers, local HR Managers, and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment experience aligned with TEC’s strategic goals and culture.Key Responsibilities- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage full-cycle recruitment for HQ roles and support overseas hiring when required, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies.- Talent Sourcing: Utilise a mix of sourcing channels including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach to build strong candidate pipelines.- Process Improvement: Continuously refine recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes.- Market Intelligence: Stay informed on talent trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity across the APAC region.- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure recruitment practices comply with local labor laws and internal policies; maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reports.Qualifications & Experience- 2+ years of experience in agency recruitment or talent acquisition.- Proven success in recruiting for corporate functions (e.g., Finance, Marketing, IT, Legal).- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships.- Familiarity with SAP Success Factors.- Agile mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and market dynamics.- Fluency in English.
