About the Role

The Technical Business Analyst will be the link between business, IT, and operations to ensure successful design, implementation, and optimization of ERP products and solutions. The role requires
hands-on experience in Construction ERP software and projects
to handle requirement gathering, functional analysis, ERP configuration, testing, deployment, and user support across modules such as Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Project Management, BOQ, Contractor Billing, and Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business requirements for construction ERP modules.
  • Translate requirements into functional specifications, workflows, and ERP documentation.
  • Lead ERP implementation, configuration, and module deployment.
  • Ensure smooth data flow and integration across finance, procurement, inventory, and project functions.
  • Drive UAT, compliance checks, and ERP system audits.
  • Prepare SOPs, user guides, and functional documentation.
  • Conduct end-user training and support for ERP adoption.
  • Suggest process automation and improvements using ERP solutions.
  • Work with vendors/internal teams to resolve ERP issues on time.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst / Functional Consultant in
    ERP products and solutions
    .
  • Mandatory:
    Prior experience in
    Construction ERP software / projects
    .
  • Strong knowledge of ERP modules: finance, procurement, project management, labour, compliance.
  • Understanding of construction processes: BOQ, estimation, tendering, WIP tracking, contractor billing.
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic reporting tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking ability.

Nice-to-Have

  • Exposure to ERP analytics tools or basic SQL/reporting queries.
  • ERP integration project experience across finance, compliance, or project management.
