Job Description: Commercial Lead - Digital Sales & Marketing

As the Commercial Lead in Digital Sales & Marketing (DSM), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the commercial management strategy & structure, providing top-tier Commercial solutions for our business services, and leading the transformation of our business service and project delivery. Your leadership will be essential in co-creating the best customer experience in collaboration with organizational entities.

*Key Responsibilities*

  • Lead and manage the Commercial Team, ensuring alignment with Allianz's strategic IT objectives.
  • Lead Commercial Management of the DSM service & customer project portfolio for 50+ customers.
  • Oversee cost and revenue planning, including investments, maintenance, and labour management.
  • Manage spend, including budget oversight, invoicing and business strategic forecasting.
  • Produce & establish ad-hoc reports and analyses to support strategic decision-making.
  • Manage & Setup a commercial framework for the Tribes so that the Commercial Accountability in the Tribes is be given and they can manage their budget, actuals, and forecast
  • Establish and maintain a commercial product house steering framework for continuous tracking and improvement.
  • Facilitate interdepartmental alignments with CTOs, SPOCs, Account Managers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Commercial Steering of existing services and governance of the implementation phase of new services and innovations
  • Strategic provider management for vendors within the DSM services

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business IT, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a dynamic and international team.
  • Excellent team player with outstanding communication and analytical skills.
  • Experience with PPM processes and deep insights within SAP BW, ServiceNow PPM, Ariba, and MS Office.
  • Independent and solution-oriented working style.
  • Interest in commercial topics and product KPIs for IT products.

Having a basic understanding or exposure to AI tools would be a plus.
Familiarity with basic AI tools is considered an advantage.
Basic knowledge or experience with AI tools will be beneficial.
Exposure to AI tools, even at a basic level, is a value-add.
A fundamental grasp of AI tools will be an added benefit.
