to conduct face-to-face interviews in
Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad & Pune.

As a Commercial Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our commercial department. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate documentation, efficient coordination, and compliance with project and company standards, supporting cost control, procurement, and contract administration processes.

Your Role

• Maintain and update trackers for RFQs, payment certificates, submittals, variations, and correspondence logs.
• Ensure proper filing and referencing of all commercial documentation (both soft and hard copies).
• Assist in preparation, review, and submission of invoices, payment applications, and commercial reports.
• Coordinate with procurement, finance, and project teams to verify supporting documents.
• Manage daily administrative duties, including scheduling meetings and preparing minutes.
• Maintain registers for subcontracts, supplier agreements, and related documentation.
• Monitor timesheets, expense claims, and other cost-control documents for accuracy.
• Compile commercial correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide support during internal/external audits and commercial reviews.
• Follow up on approvals, submissions, and outstanding documents with relevant departments.
• Perform other duties as required, aligned with the needs of the business.

What We're Looking For

• Trade Test Certificate / Diploma / Degree
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking ability
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Team-oriented attitude with strong interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with procurement, cost-control processes, or ERP/document management systems (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint)
