Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and Recruitment Lead to handle the talent acquisition function. The role will be responsible for designing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing the end-to-end hiring process, building strong employer branding, and ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire recruitment cycle to achieve hiring goals across departments.
Develop, implement, and oversee innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define role requirements.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Drive employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, hiring policies, and organizational standards.
Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and prepare regular reports for leadership.
Implement best practices in diversity and inclusive hiring.
Requirements:
Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
4-5 years of proven experience in recruitment
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to lead a team and manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
Analytical mindset with the ability to track and improve recruitment KPIs.
Experience in employer branding and campus hiring will be an added advantage.
