𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗧𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗲: International Business Development Manager
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 5-10 years in business development for IT/software services.
𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Bengaluru.
𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗲:
• Analyze global markets to uncover new business opportunities.
• Develop and implement customized market entry strategies.
• Engage with ideal customer profiles (ICPs) through LinkedIn, trade shows, and networks.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects.
• Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Cultivate long-lasting relationships to drive repeat business.
• Create persuasive proposals and impactful presentations.
• Negotiate favorable contract terms and close deals effectively.
• Collaborate with local businesses, resellers, and tech partners to extend our reach.
• Align client requirements with internal teams to deliver bespoke solutions.
• Provide valuable market insights to improve our offerings.
• Monitor key metrics like conversion rates, revenue goals, and client retention.
• Report monthly progress to senior Management.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗮 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵:
5-10 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 in business development (software services/IT solutions).
Bachelor's in business, IT, Marketing (𝗠𝗕𝗔 𝗮 𝗽𝗹𝘂𝘀).
Proven success in 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀.
Strong knowledge of software development and service delivery.
Familiar with US, Europe, APAC, and MENA markets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.
Experience with 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘂𝗱, 𝗔𝗜/𝗠𝗟, 𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗳𝘁𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲.
Skilled in lead generation via 𝗨𝗽𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸, 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗰𝗵, 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗲𝗱𝗜𝗻.
Cultural awareness in target markets.
Willing to 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆.
