Job Description: Business Development Executive (Sales)

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Drive revenue through exhibition space, sponsorship, and brochure sales through calls, Follow the sales culture and best practice across the portfolio.

· Fully understand the market internationally for the portfolio and build connections with new clients.

· To be responsible for the revenue generation through sponsorship packages to achieve agreed sales targets.

· Ensuring strong sales culture with clear deadlines, targets, and responsibilities.

· Selling sponsorship in accordance with set targets to ensure the revenue budget is achieved and exceeded.

· Develop long term account relationships through regular calls, offering information on the customer's sector and sending information.

· Question customers in depth to ascertain their long-term business requirements and target markets.

· Presents benefits of attending our events to potential clients using visual aids or virtual meets · To actively seek new customers from all relevant sources including trade press, competitors, and other likeminded events.

· Provide the Portfolio Director with a weekly report detailing forecast.Monitor sales figures and reporting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to enable senior management to be updated on the progress of the sponsorships.

· Involvement with collections to ensure payments are made in line with the contract. Attend and travel to events. On site event execution and vendor management as per the format.
