Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused CRM Executive to join our team at Omicron Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring smooth communication, and handling customer queries throughout the pre-sales, sales, and post-sales cycle in the commercial real estate segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely responses to queries and requests.
  • Manage end-to-end customer interactions, from booking to handover, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system with accuracy.
  • Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to address client requirements.
  • Handle documentation, agreements, and follow-ups related to client transactions.
  • Support in resolving customer concerns, complaints, and escalations promptly.
  • Provide regular updates to clients regarding project progress, payment schedules, and possession timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and service standards.
  • Assist in organizing client engagement activities, feedback collection, and relationship-building initiatives.

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in CRM or customer service within the real estate industry (commercial projects preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to multitask and manage client expectations effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
