We have an Immediate openings for Gallery Sales Coordinator in Vizag location
Job Title: Gallery Sales Coordinator (Female only).
Location: MVP Colony, Ushodaya Junction, Visakhapatnam.
Department: Marketing
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday am to 6.30 pm
Qualifications & Experience:
- Any Graduation (except BE and B.tech)
Salary Package:
- Upto 15,000/- per month
Key Accountabilities:
- Maintain Attendance, leave and permission records of Gallery staff.
- Preparing Quotation & Estimation.
- Sending periodical reports on daily, Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly Basis like Sales report, collection report, activity report, petty cash, pending payment list, estimation pending status, work under progress, prospect list, product wise collection report, stock list etc...
- Assisting and coordinating the field force in documentation, follow ups, reminders etc.
- Attending incoming calls and walk-in clients and customers.
- Assisting superiors.
Person Specifications:
- Should have excellent communication skills.
- Should be fluent in the local language. (Only Female)
- Required Marketing Skills.
- Good attitude and people management.
