Role Summary

We are launching a dedicated Sale Support Executive (TL) fleet to manage shipment pendency for our C2 clients through targeted, door-to-door shipment sorting and coordination. The Floating TLs will support high-pendency hubs by ensuring timely segregation, shipment tally, and pendency reduction. They will work closely with Hub Incharges (HIs) and on-ground delivery teams to reduce backlog.

Key Responsibilities

1 Door-to-Door Sorting & Segregation

  • Visit assigned high-pendency hubs.
  • Identify, segregate, and prioritize C2 client shipments for same-day / next-day clearance.
  • Ensure proper route-wise / pincode-wise sorting to avoid misses.

2 Shipment Tally & Reconciliation

  • Verify shipment count physically at hub level.
  • Complete shipment tally process accurately in the system/app.
  • Report any mismatch or exception to the Hub Incharge immediately.

3 Pendency Clearance Support

  • Assist Hub In charge in planning clearance of backlogs. Role
