Content Strategy & Topic Creation (Main Priority)

  • Create weekly content themes for different Taxlegit verticals
  • (ICFR, Valuation, CSR/NGOExperts, Aarambh, Invest in India)
  • Suggest daily/weekly post ideas based on:
  • • Market trends
  • • Industry insights
  • • Founder voice
  • • Audience pain points
  • Build a brand-led storytelling style for founders and company pages
  • Create content calendars and ensure 100% consistency

Content Creation (Core Deliverable)

  • Draft short LinkedIn posts, carousels, scripts, insights, and breakdowns
  • Convert complex topics (ICFR, CSR, Valuation, compliance) into simple, engaging content
  • Repurpose content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube (as needed)
  • Use AI as a support tool — but apply your own writing skill, tone, and structure
  • Create content that builds authority, trust, and inbound interest

Daily Posting & Social Presence (Primary)

  • Maintain daily posting for founder + Taxlegit pages
  • Respond to comments, messages, queries
  • Engage with relevant profiles (founders, CXOs, finance professionals, NGOs)
  • Track what content is performing and why
  • Ensure our social media looks active, responsive, and consistent

Growth Support (Secondary)

  • Use simple growth tools (Apollo, Phantombuster, Evaboot) to build relevant audience lists
  • Help expand connections with relevant people on LinkedIn
  • Convert post-engagement into warm leads (comments, DMs, queries)
  • Identify collaboration opportunities, hashtags, and communities

Ads Knowledge (Secondary )

  • Basic understanding of Meta, Google, YouTube or LinkedIn ads
  • Suggest audiences, hooks and creative directions
  • Assist in improving ad performance
  • (This is supportive, not your core role.)

You Should Have

  • Strong writing skills (business tone + clarity)
  • Ability to convert ideas into high-quality content quickly
  • Practical understanding of LinkedIn content performance
  • Creativity + consistency + ownership mindset
  • Ability to handle multiple verticals without losing clarity
  • Good understanding of audience psychology

Bonus Skills:

  • Familiarity with AI writing tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper etc.)
  • Knowledge of basic design tools (Canva)
  • Understanding of professional services ecosystem
