About the Role

We're looking for an
E-Commerce Manager
to lead and grow our marketplace presence across
Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Myntra, Nykaa, and more.

You'll own the
P&L, performance, and growth strategy
for multiple marketplaces — working closely with the design and performance marketing teams to drive revenue, optimize spends, and enhance visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage
    end-to-end marketplace operations
    across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Myntra, and others.
  • Take complete ownership of
    P&L, revenue growth, and profitability
    .
  • Plan and execute
    paid campaigns and promotions
    across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with the
    creative and design teams
    for listings, A+ content, and ad creatives.
  • Optimize listings, keywords, ratings, and reviews for better visibility.
  • Track and analyze campaign metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with platform account managers to ensure smooth execution and growth.
  • Stay updated with
    category trends, algorithms, and marketplace best practices.


Requirements

  • 2–4 years
    of experience managing e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Myntra, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of
    P&L management, ROI, and ad performance metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with
    Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Myntra Partner Portal
    , or similar dashboards.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.


Good to Have

  • Experience managing both
    D2C and Marketplace
    operations.
  • Familiarity with tools like
    Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or SellerApp.
  • Prior experience working with
    consumer brands or agencies
    handling multiple accounts.
