*Job Overview:*

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Senior Education Counsellor to join our team. The Sr. Education Counsellor will play a crucial role in guiding students and working professionals through the education and career planning process. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of educational pathways, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide personalised guidance to help students achieve their academic and career goals.

*Responsibilities:*

  1. Provide one-on-one counselling sessions to students and parents to understand their educational and career aspirations.

  2. Assess students' academic backgrounds, interests, strengths, and weaknesses to recommend suitable courses and programs.

  3. Guide students through the college/university application process, including selecting appropriate institutions and programs, preparing application materials, and meeting deadlines.

  4. Stay updated on the latest educational trends, programs, and scholarship opportunities.

  5. Maintain accurate and organised records of student interactions, counselling sessions, and progress.

  6. Stay informed about the admission requirements, application procedures, and eligibility criteria of different educational institutions.

  7. Help students explore potential career paths and align their academic choices with their long-term goals.
