Overview

The Founder's Office at The Friday Project acts as the bridge between the founder, internal teams, and clients - ensuring every idea, campaign, and initiative moves seamlessly from vision to execution. The CEO Assistant plays a critical role in managing priorities, organizing operations, and enabling the founder to focus on strategy, creative direction, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities1. Strategic & Business Support

  • Work closely with the Founder on business planning, client strategy, and agency growth initiatives.
  • Maintain a pulse on all ongoing client projects, campaign timelines, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Create internal trackers, dashboards, and reports for revenue, client performance, and creative output.
  • Conduct research on potential clients, competitors, and industry trends to support new pitches.
  • Support in preparing presentations, proposals, and pitch decks with inputs from creative and account teams.

2. Operations & Internal Coordination

  • Translate the Founder's priorities into clear tasks for design, content, and strategy teams.
  • Ensure follow-ups on key internal action points and maintain accountability across departments.
  • Manage daily team check-ins and ensure communication loops are tight between creative, strategy, and client teams.
  • Handle project timelines, meeting minutes, and cross-functional coordination for smooth workflow.
  • Streamline internal processes for shoots, influencer campaigns, and client onboarding.

3. Founder Support & Scheduling

  • Manage the Founder's day-to-day calendar, client meetings, calls, and travel plans.
  • Prepare briefing notes and ensure all meeting materials are ready beforehand.
  • Track action items from each meeting and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Prioritize communication and serve as the first point of contact for internal or external stakeholders reaching out to the Founder.

4. Client & Brand Management Assistance

  • Support the Founder during client calls, shoots, and review meetings.
  • Help with preparation of creative briefs, shoot plans, influencer lists, and campaign documents.
  • Liaise with clients for updates or approvals when required.
  • Ensure brand consistency and quality control across all client-facing documents and presentations.

5. Special Projects & Agency Growth

  • Co-own select projects such as brand partnerships, office events, internal campaigns, and PR collaborations.
  • Assist in planning and executing internal milestones — such as office launches, award submissions, or agency IPs.
  • Manage documentation for hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews in coordination with HR.
  • Help build internal culture and team engagement initiatives.

6. Confidentiality & Representation

  • Handle sensitive client and financial information with utmost professionalism.
  • Represent the Founder in meetings or calls when required, with context and confidence.
  • Maintain discretion in all internal and external communication.

Ideal Profile

  • 2–5 years of experience in operations, client management, or executive assistance (preferably in a creative or media agency).
  • Excellent communication and writing skills; confident in handling high-level discussions.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • A natural multitasker who thrives in fast-paced creative environments.
  • Proficiency in tools like Notion, Google Sheets, Keynote, Slack, and project management software.
  • An eye for detail and design is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹44,313.22 per month
