Equity Dealer

We are seeking a Dealer with strong knowledge of stock market operations to execute client orders, manage trade confirmations, and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal trading policies. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in equity/derivatives dealing, trading terminals, and real-time market execution.

Key Responsibilities

Order Execution & Trading

• Execute buy/sell orders for clients across Equity, F&O, Commodity, and Currency segments.
• Ensure accurate and timely order placement during market hours.
• Manage order book, monitor market depth, and handle high-volume trades efficiently.

Client Coordination

• Take trade instructions from clients (as per compliance guidelines).
• Provide clients with market rates, order status, and trade confirmations.
• Assist clients in understanding trading platforms and terminal operations.

Risk & Compliance

• Adhere to SEBI, NSE, BSE, and MCX rules while executing trades.
• Ensure no unauthorized trades are executed without client instruction.
• Verify client margins before order execution and maintain compliance with RMS policies.

Terminal & Platform Management

• Operate application platforms such as Kambala, NEST, ODIN, Omnesys, or similar systems.
• Track market movements, charts, and positions in real time.
• Coordinate with the RMS team during volatile situations or margin shortfalls.

Reporting & Coordination

• Provide daily trade summaries and client-related updates to the reporting manager.
• Coordinate with Finance, RMS, and Compliance teams for smooth trading operations.

Maintain proper documentation and call logs as per exchange guidelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
