Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bhopal for a Telecaller. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, providing information about our services, and addressing customer inquiries. Additional responsibilities include maintaining detailed records of interactions, following up promptly on leads, and achieving predefined targets. The role also involves building positive client relationships, understanding customer needs, and coordinating with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional telephone etiquette
  • Excellent sales and persuasion abilities, with a proactive attitude
  • Basic computer proficiency, including data entry and CRM software usage
  • Organizational and time management skills for handling multiple tasks efficiently
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with patience and resolution-focused behavior
  • Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational qualifications preferred
