Role Overview

We're looking for a
motivated and confident Telecaller Intern
to join our on-site team in Bhopal.

This role is perfect for individuals who love engaging with people, building rapport, and enhancing their communication skills.

As a Telecaller Intern, you'll act as a key bridge between our potential clients and the business development team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Digital Lok's services.
  • Understand client needs and forward qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Maintain lead data, update CRM systems, and assist in follow-ups.
  • Support the business development process through coordination and communication.
  • Prepare daily call reports and share performance insights.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in
    Hindi & English
    .
  • Confident, persuasive, and active listener.
  • Basic understanding of
    sales or marketing
    is a plus.
  • Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
  • Must have a
    smartphone and laptop
    .
  • Available to work
    on-site in Bhopal
    .
