  • Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom.
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable two-wheeler models and variants.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, pricing, and finance options.
  • Follow up with leads, inquiries, and potential buyers through calls and visits.
  • Coordinate with the finance and insurance (F&I) team for loan and insurance processes.
  • Ensure timely registration and delivery of vehicles.
  • Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM systems regularly.
  • Participate in promotional events, test ride campaigns, and roadshows.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  • Handle customer feedback and escalate issues for resolution when necessary.

  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools)
