Key Responsibilities

· Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Conduct cold calling and prospecting to find new customers and expand the client base.

· Customer Needs Assessment:

Understand customers' requirements and interests to recommend suitable vehicles.

· Product Knowledge:

Explain the features, benefits, warranties, and services of various automobiles.

· Sales Process Management:

· Guide customers through the entire sales process.

· Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicles.

· Handle negotiations, overcome objections, and close sales.

· Complete necessary paperwork and documentation.

· Relationship Building:

Cultivate relationships with new and existing customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.

· Market Awareness:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new automotive technologies.

· Reporting and Collaboration:

Provide information for sales reports and collaborate with other departments like finance and marketing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

· Excellent Communication Skills: To interact effectively with customers and colleagues.

· Strong Customer Service Skills: To provide exceptional support throughout the sales cycle.

· Negotiation and Persuasion Skills: To reach mutually beneficial agreements with customers.

· Product and Market Knowledge: A thorough understanding of automobiles and the competitive landscape.

· Organizational Skills: To manage diaries, appointments, and customer databases effectively.

· Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software is often beneficial.

Education

· A high school diploma is typically the minimum requirement.
