- उत्पाद ज्ञान:ग्राहकों को गाड़ी की विशेषताओं, मॉडल और टेक्नोलॉजी के बारे में समझाना.
- टेस्ट ड्राइव:संभावित ग्राहकों को गाड़ी चलाकर दिखाना.
- विक्रय प्रक्रिया:ग्राहकों को उनकी जरूरत के हिसाब से सही गाड़ी चुनने में मदद करना.
- फोकस और फॉलो-अप:ग्राहकों से लगातार संपर्क में रहना, उनकी चिंताओं को दूर करना, और फॉलो-अप करके बिक्री को अंतिम रूप देना.
- डेटा प्रबंधन:ग्राहकों की जानकारी, सेल्स रिकॉर्ड, और सेल्स रिपोर्ट को बनाए रखना और कंपनी को रिपोर्ट देना.
- तकनीक का उपयोग:सेल्स बढ़ाने के लिए कंप्यूटर और अन्य टेक्नोलॉजी का उपयोग करना.
- ग्राहक सेवा:ग्राहकों को अच्छी ग्राहक सेवा देना और उनके साथ अच्छा संबंध बनाना.
आवश्यक कौशल और गुण:
- सकारात्मक रवैया:आत्मविश्वास से भरा होना और हमेशा सीखने के लिए तैयार रहना.
