For Field Support Executive, they would not be repairing and maintaining the devices, they would understand everything related to device and they will install / implement the same in the field and then they would be providing support related to the client queries. Also, they would be visiting the fields as per the guidance from the respective person and would raise Tickets on our App related to the status of the fields and crop in coordination with farmers.

Field Support Executive

Job Description:

  • Manage all on site installation, maintenance of devices and products.
  • Provide service and customer support during field visits.
  • Promptly following up on service request and providing customer feedback.
  • Responsible for all aspects of technical support for customers.
  • Providing recommendations about new features and product improvements.
  • Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization.
  • Delivering demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on effective device and app use.
  • Reporting the daily activities to the service manager and produce timely and detailed service reports.
  • Build positive relationships with customers.
  • Result oriented approach.

Requirements:

  • Graduation in any stream, agriculture will be added advantage.
  • Experience in maintenance and service is required.
  • Proficiency in Hindi, English and concerned regional language.
  • Knowledge of MS office, Excel.
  • Ability to understand and discuss software applications.
  • Communication ability to interact with customers.
  • Open to travel.
