Role Description

We're Hiring: Field Service Executive at PhonePe

Are you passionate about providing top-notch service and working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment? PhonePe is looking for motivated Field Service Executives to join our growing team

Location: Central line, Thane,Mulund, Dadar, Sion and Parel.

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers welcome)

Key Responsibilities:

Onboard merchants to the PhonePe platform

Provide training on app usage and troubleshoot basic issues

Ensure merchant satisfaction through timely visits and support

Maintain proper documentation and service reports

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to travel locally and has bike

Basic smartphone and app usage knowledge

Graduate or 12 +Diploma
