1. Administration & Operations Management

  • Oversee end-to-end administrative operations across sites, offices, and manufacturing units.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of facilities, security, housekeeping, logistics, and transport.
  • Optimize resource utilization and implement operational efficiencies.
  • Manage vendor relationships and procurement of administrative services.

2. Compliance & Statutory Management

  • Ensure compliance with all statutory, legal, and environmental regulations relevant to the chemical industry.
  • Liaise with government departments (Pollution Control Board, Factory Inspectorate, Labour Department, etc.) for renewals, clearances, and audits.
  • Maintain up-to-date records and documentation for all regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor adherence to safety standards, MSDS, and EHS protocols.

3. Liaisoning & External Coordination

  • Establish and maintain relationships with external authorities, industrial associations, and regulatory bodies.
  • Coordinate with local bodies for licenses, permits, and other statutory approvals.
  • Handle inspections, audits, and government visits effectively.

4. People & Process Management

  • Lead and mentor the admin and operations team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Develop and implement SOPs for smooth operational flow.
  • Manage budgeting, cost control, and ensure compliance with company policies
