Role & responsibilities :

  1. Amazon Account Management

  2. End-to-end management of Amazon Seller Central account.

  3. Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and maintain account health.

  4. Listings & Catalog Management

  5. Create, optimize, and manage product listings (titles, keywords, A+ content, brand store).

  6. Coordinate with creative team for high-quality images and luxury positioning.

  7. Pricing & Costing Control

  8. Work on costing sheets, pricing strategies, and discount structures.

  9. Monitor margins and ensure profitability across all SKUs.

  10. Inventory & Supply Chain

  11. Plan inventory for Amazon (FBA/FBM) and ensure optimum stock levels.

  12. Avoid stock-outs and overstock situations through dashboard control.

  13. Returns & Customer Experience

  14. Manage returns, claims, and replacements in line with brand standards.

  15. Analyze return reasons and implement corrective actions to minimize losses.

  16. Dashboard & Performance Analytics

  17. Monitor Amazon dashboards: sales, traffic, conversion, ACOS, and returns.

  18. Generate weekly/monthly performance reports and suggest action plans.

  19. Promotions & Campaigns (optional, in collaboration with marketing)

  20. Support in running deals, coupons, and promotions aligned with luxury positioning.

Preferred candidate profile :

  • Experience: 4-8 years in E-commerce, with exclusive focus on Amazon.
  • Industry Exposure: Must have handled premium/luxury products (value 2K+ INR per unit).

  • Skills:

  • Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, FBA processes, and dashboard analytics.

  • Strong grasp of costing, pricing strategies, and profitability control.
  • Excellent knowledge of returns handling and reducing return percentages.

  • Hands-on with product listings, A+ content, and brand store management.

  • Qualification: Graduate/MBA preferred.

  • Mindset: Detail-oriented, data-driven, and capable of scaling a luxury brand on Amazon.
