Product Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

 Understand customer segments, wants, and behaviors through research and customer

interviews to identify high-value use cases.

 Create persuasive, technical content for marketing channels, sales collateral, and

events.

 Conduct pilots, alpha and beta testing with K12 teachers, students and admins to advise

on product development priorities.

 Manage programs for educators, including customer advisory boards and social

activations.

Qualifications:

 7+ years of experience; MBAs preferred

 Education, education technology, and/or marketing experience in an enterprise

technology or SaaS category preferred.

 Proven analytical problem-solving skills with a hypothesis-driven approach.

 Exceptional project management, communication, and writing skills.

 Ability to communicate with and manage cross-department relationships.

 Experience with field team enablement and marketing launch collateral development
