We are looking for a skilled and proactive Social Media Specialist to support the execution of ResMed's regional social media strategies and maintain a consistent and engaging brand presence across platforms. You will manage real-time engagement, execute social media content calendars, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a strong digital footprint. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in current social media trends, platforms, and tools with a proven ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write, develop, schedule, and post social media content aligned with the social strategist's plan

  • Utilize social media platforms to schedule, monitor, and analyze content, ensuring brand messaging consistency

  • Oversee real-time community engagement, responding to customer inquiries, comments, and issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Execute regional social media calendars, ensuring alignment with broader brand strategy and timely delivery across all platforms

  • Collaborate with content, technical, and online marketing teams to support a rich and immersive online presence

  • Stay current with social media trends, tools, and best practices, integrating new ideas into regional and global strategies

Let's talk about you

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a social media, digital marketing, or related role

  • Proven experience managing social media platforms and executing content strategies

  • Experience in production coordination or related functions is a plus

  • Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Prior experience working in a regional or global social media capacity

  • Proficiency with major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)

  • Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Sprinklr)
