Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-orientated professional to join our team in an operations role. This position is best suited for someone who enjoys handling logistics, coordination, and multi-tasking in the education sector.

The candidate will work closely with the team to manage training programs, coordinate logistics for national and international conferences, support marketing and lead follow-ups, and assist with smooth execution of company projects.

Key Responsibilities

Conference & Event Logistics

● Manage printing and production of bags, pens, diaries, ID cards, lanyards, and other conference materials.

● Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely delivery of all items.

● Assist with on-ground logistics and execution during conferences/events.

Training Program & Website Coordination

● Create teacher IDs on the company's website and allot courses.

● Track assignments and submissions; follow up with teachers for timely completion.

● Prepare and upload certificates for course completions.

Marketing & Lead Engagement

● Handle communication with incoming leads (school leaders, principals, teachers).

● Support outreach efforts through calls, emails, or WhatsApp.

● Maintain basic records of leads and follow-up status.

Additional Responsibilities

● Assist with program execution on event days.

● Provide operational support to the team as required.

● Support occasional sales or client communication if needed.

● Strong organizational and coordination skills.

● Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.

● Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines.

● Interest in the education sector and willingness to take on diverse responsibilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹260, ₹360,000.00 per year
