Hiring Business Development Manager

We are expanding our Business Development team at Honorvet Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a fast-growing US Healthcare Recruitment firm.
If you are passionate about sales, client acquisition, and international business development, this opportunity is for you
Shift Timing: Night Shift CST
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Preference: Experience with US Healthcare Clients is strongly preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new clients in the US Healthcare Recruitment domain
- Generate and manage leads through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve monthly revenue and placement targets
- Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in BDM / Lead Generation / Inside Sales / Client Acquisition
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to work in the US time zone
- Experience in US Staffing / Healthcare / ITES preferred
