Business Development Executive – Premium CBSE School

Location: Adalaj, Gandhinagar

Gender Preference: Male only

Salary: Maximum ₹40,000 CTC

Experience: Minimum 2 years in the education domain (School or Preschool Marketing experience mandatory)

Qualification: BBA/MBA

Languages Required: Gujarati & English (both mandatory)

Job Description

Marketing & Communication

  1. Develop and manage annual and monthly marketing plans aligned with admissions targets.

  2. Maintain and regularly update the school's social media and digital presence.

  3. Create content for newsletters, brochures, banners, videos, and other promotional materials.

  4. Ensure all communication aligns with the school's Jain ethos and academic values.

  5. Support admission counsellors and collaborate with administrative teams.

  6. Liaise with academic, finance, and other departments for smooth admissions.

  7. Track and report admissions trends and marketing performance.

  8. Coordinate with external vendors for marketing material and execution.

Admissions Support

  1. Collaborate with the admissions team to drive enrolment campaigns.

  2. Follow up with leads from calls, emails, walk-ins, and events.

  3. Maintain and update the CRM/lead database with accurate conversion tracking.

  4. Review applications and verify documentation.

  5. Assist parents in completing required admission formalities.

  6. Participate in parent feedback and perception sessions.

Event Coordination

  1. Plan and manage school events such as open houses, fairs, and outreach activities.

  2. Handle logistical requirements for all events and activities.

  3. Develop and distribute promotional materials like brochures, leaflets, and digital content.

  4. Represent the school during external initiatives and maintain stakeholder relations.

Public Relations

  1. Build strong relationships with local media, community leaders, and key stakeholders.

  2. Work with the Principal to gather parent and community feedback.

  3. Market Research & Competitor Monitoring

  4. Monitor competitor schools' marketing initiatives and benchmark best practices.

  5. Gather and analyse parent feedback to improve campaigns and messaging

Job Type: Full-time
