Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Paid Ads Specialist, based in Kozhikode. The Paid Ads Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid ad campaigns across various digital platforms. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing ad strategies, tracking and analyzing campaign performance, conducting A/B testing, and optimizing ads for maximum ROI. The specialist will also collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall business goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience with paid ad platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising networks
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance
  • Knowledge of A/B testing, bid management, and optimization techniques
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and best practices
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Kozhikode
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field is a plus
  • Experience in the furniture or home decor industry is beneficial
