Job Title: Female HR Manager (3 to 5 Years Experience)

Job Summary: We are seeking a female HR Manager with 3 to 5 years of professional experience to oversee and enhance our human resources functions. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, and compliance while supporting a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Staffing

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline for critical positions.

2. Employee Relations

  • Address employee concerns professionally and confidentially.
  • Promote healthy work relationships and conflict-resolution practices.
  • Conduct employee engagement activities and surveys.

3. Performance Management

  • Oversee performance appraisal processes.
  • Support managers in setting KPIs and performance goals.
  • Provide guidance on performance improvement plans (PIPs) when needed.

4. HR Policies & Compliance

  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation and records.

5. Training & Development

  • Identify employee training needs.
  • Coordinate learning and development programs.
  • Track progress and evaluate training effectiveness.

6. Payroll & HR Administration

  • Coordinate payroll inputs and attendance records.
  • Manage leave, benefits, and employee data.
  • Prepare HR reports for leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in HR management or related HR roles.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in HR software and MS Office tools.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Preferred Qualities

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • High level of professionalism and ethical conduct.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Empathy and a positive attitude in dealing with staff concerns.

Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
