Job Title: HR Executive (Female Only)

Department: Human Resources

Reports To: HR Manager / Head of HR

Job Summary:

The HR Executive will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, assisting with the recruitment process, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth HR and office operations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Employee Record Keeping

  • Maintain and update employee personal files, attendance, and leave records.
  • Ensure all HR documents and employee data are complete, accurate, and up to date.
  • Manage employee databases in HR software or spreadsheets.
  • Prepare HR-related reports (e.g., headcount, turnover, attendance summaries).

2. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in sourcing and screening resumes through job portals, social media, and internal references.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other joining formalities.
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires and ensure proper induction documentation.

3. HR Administration & Support

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
  • Assist in payroll data compilation (attendance, leave, etc.).
  • Support in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions.
  • Coordinate with other departments for HR-related requirements.
  • Handle employee queries and ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1 year of experience in HR operations or recruitment. Freshers are also welcome
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Pay: ₹9, ₹25,000.00 per month
