Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Business Partner located in Nagpur. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and leading performance management initiatives. The role involves collaborating with leadership to align HR functions with organizational objectives and supporting employees to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in developing and implementing HR Policies and processes
  • Knowledge and experience in core Human Resources (HR) functions and Employee Relations
  • Understanding of Labor and Employment Law and its practical applications in the workplace
  • Skills in managing Performance Management systems and driving employee performance evaluations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build successful relationships across teams
  • Ability to assess and implement strategies for organizational development
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Prior experience in a similar role within HR would be a strong advantage
