Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Freelance Trainer in Logistics and Supply Chain Management to deliver high-quality training sessions to professionals, graduates, or corporate clients in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have both academic knowledge and practical industry experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training sessions (classroom or virtual) on Logistics & Supply Chain Management.
  • Develop training content, case studies, and assessment tools as needed.
  • Customize training modules based on learner profiles (entry-level, mid-career, corporate training).
  • Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate real-world examples.
  • Evaluate participant progress and provide feedback.
  • Coordinate with training coordinators and provide post-training reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics/supply chain or corporate training.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like SAP, Tally, WMS, or any ERP (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Ability to engage learners and deliver practical insights.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a freelance or corporate trainer.
  • Certifications in supply chain/logistics (e.g., CSCP, CLTD, APICS, CILT).

Remuneration:

Competitive per-session or per-day rates based on experience.
