Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Supply Chain Executive
to manage the end-to-end supply chain process for our apparel operations. The role involves planning, coordinating, and monitoring supply chain activities to ensure timely procurement, production, and delivery of materials and finished goods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the entire supply chain process from procurement of raw materials to dispatch of finished goods.
  • Monitor and track order status with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners.
  • Ensure timely delivery of fabrics, trims, and accessories to production units.
  • Work closely with merchandising, production, procurement, and warehouse teams to maintain stock levels.
  • Prepare and maintain purchase orders, GRNs, and dispatch schedules.
  • Follow up with suppliers for on-time delivery, quality checks, and documentation.
  • Manage inward and outward logistics, including DC (Delivery Challan) and invoice reconciliation.
  • Track and analyze key supply chain metrics (lead time, cost, inventory turnover).
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the supply chain to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management / Logistics / BBA / Commerce / related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, preferably in the
    apparel / textile / garment industry
    .
  • Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, and inventory control processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple priorities.
