About the Role:
We are looking for ambitious and energetic MBA Freshers who are passionate about building a career in B2B Sales. The role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through corporate sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle B2B leads through google ads, networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
- Present and promote company products/services to prospective customers.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, quotations, and closing deals.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and business development goals.
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities in CRM.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Education: MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management (Freshers preferred).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to take initiative.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel for client meetings if required.
