About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive (Counselor) to guide students in choosing the right educational programs while driving enrollments and revenue growth. The role involves a mix of sales, counseling, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel students and parents on educational programs, career paths, and course suitability.
  • Convert inquiries into successful enrollments through effective follow-ups and consultations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective students via phone calls, emails, and in-person/virtual meetings.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for admissions and revenue.
  • Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions, student details, and sales activities in CRM.
  • Stay updated with program details, industry trends, and competitors to effectively position offerings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to enhance student engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Prior experience in counseling, sales, or business development (preferably in the EdTech/education sector).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable using MS Office, CRM tools, and digital platforms.
