Major Responsibilities

This multifaceted role requires a strategic acumen in lead generation and client relationship management, complemented by a robust understanding of insurance underwriting protocols and placement methodologies. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in accelerating business growth through data-driven marketing initiatives, portfolio optimization via cross-selling, and effective negotiation with insurers to secure competitive and comprehensive coverage solutions.

Lead Generation & Strategic Outreach

  • Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract new clients across sectors.
  • Procure new business by identifying and pursuing market opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.

Cross-Selling & Portfolio expansion

  • Develop and implement strategies to cross-sell insurance products to existing clients & SMEs, maximizing revenue and customer retention.
  • Identify and target potential clients to expand our customer base through various sales strategies and networking opportunities.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Track and analyse sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Stay updated on the latest insurance products and services to effectively train and inform the sales team.
  • Ensure all sales activities are compliant with industry regulations and company policies.

Qualification & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a SME sales, associate or manager in Insurance sector.
  • Broker Qualified Person, with updated and renewed certificate (preferred).
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills and familiarity with sourcing best practices.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
