Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished
Chief Project Manager
with a proven track record in
Railway Electrification
projects. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of
Over Head Equipment (OHE)
, project planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination to ensure timely delivery of large-scale railway projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution of
    Railway Electrification projects
    , ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Manage all aspects of
    OHE installation, testing, and commissioning
    .
  • Oversee
    project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
    .
  • Coordinate with
    Indian Railways, RDSO, contractors, and consultants
    to ensure compliance with technical and safety standards.
  • Prepare and review
    project progress reports, technical documents, and contractual deliverables
    .
  • Ensure
    quality control, safety compliance, and risk management
    throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive team performance, mentoring engineers and site staff to achieve organizational goals.
  • Manage project budgets, cost control, and timely billing/certification.

Required Qualification & Experience

  • B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
    (or equivalent).
  • Minimum
    10 years of professional experience
    in the railway sector.
  • At least
    5 years in OHE design, installation, and execution
    .
  • At least
    5 years as a Project Manager in Railway Electrification projects
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    RDSO specifications, Railway Electrification standards, and safety protocols
    .
  • Proven expertise in
    project management tools (Primavera/MS Project)
    .
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Salary:- 8 to 11 LPA
