Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Project Manager with 12–15 years of relevant industry experience to lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of complex projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project lifecycle — from defining project goals and scope to delivering outcomes on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Execution & Delivery: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor and control progress to ensure successful delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional project teams to drive collaboration and achieve project milestones.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address challenges to minimize project impact.
  • Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources effectively to optimize productivity and meet project objectives.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the defined quality standards and align with business and technical requirements.
  • Budget & Cost Control: Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and report on financial performance against plans.
  • Project Closure: Conduct project evaluations, capture lessons learned, and implement continuous improvement practices for future initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline (Master's degree or MBA preferred).
  • 12–15 years of relevant industry experience in project management, with a proven track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects to successful.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with a focus on detail and results.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
