Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
Manage change orders and ensure they are implemented efficiently.
Budget & Cost Management:
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring projects stay within allocated costs.
Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and vendors.
Track project expenses and identify potential cost overruns.
Quality Control:
Ensure that all construction work meets quality standards and complies with relevant codes and regulations.
Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
Ensure that all safety protocols are followed on the construction site.
