Location: M3M Corner Walk Mall, Gurugram

Shift: Day | 6 Days a Week (3rd Saturday off)

Reports To: Head Business Development

Role Overview

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating revenue through corporate team events, school picnics, college collaborations, and tie-ups with brands, schools, and colleges. This role requires a motivated sales professional with industry expertise in Family Entertainment, Hospitality, or Events, and a passion for building strong client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard corporate clients, schools, and colleges for events and programs.
  • Drive sales for group bookings, parties, and customized packages.
  • Maintain and grow long-term relationships with key accounts.
  • Propose customized solutions to maximize bookings and revenue.
  • Conduct market research & competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Provide sales reports and regular updates to the Head Business Development.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.

Must-Haves

  • Proven experience in Family Entertainment Centres (FEC), Hospitality, or Event Sales (B2B focus).
  • Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and reporting abilities.
  • Local to Gurugram and available full-time.
  • Strong knowledge of the family entertainment / experiential leisure industry (mandatory).
  • Target-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
