Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage all corporate insurance policies, including renewals, cancellations, amendments, and periodic policy reviews.
  • Oversee the companys comprehensive insurance portfolio and ensure adequate coverage for diverse risks.
  • Formulate and implement effective insurance strategies to safeguard the organization against potential exposures.
  • Lead end-to-end insurance claims management, including timely document submission, settlement follow-up, and process digitalization to enhance efficiency.
  • Develop streamlined claim resolution processes, resulting in faster and more effective settlements.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with brokers and top insurers to obtain quotes, negotiate favourable terms, and secure optimal coverage and value.
  • Review and analyse insurance policies and endorsements for accuracy and compliance with organizational requirements.
  • Monitor insurance costs and budgets, ensuring cost-effective risk coverage.
  • Prepare policy documents, endorsements, and all related insurance documentation accurately and on time.
  • Maintain accurate records of policies, premiums, and claim settlements while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Provide guidance to internal stakeholders and team members on insurance procedures and claims-related processes

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-7 years of experience in corporate insurance or related field (broking).
  • B.Com degree required; M.Com preferred.
  • Strong understanding of insurance documentation processes and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders.
