Role Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Assistant Sales Executive. Sales to drive new business opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and expand revenue streams across display and performance advertising.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop compelling presentations and proposals to showcase Intellect Ads' value proposition.
Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities in Display & Performance advertising.
Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with direct clients and media agencies.
Ideate and develop new revenue opportunities within existing client accounts.
Manage end-to-end client relationships – from need identification, solution design, and servicing to retention and growth.
Forecast and track key account metrics, ensuring achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Business Development or Ad Sales, with a history of meeting and exceeding targets.
Proven track record in selling performance and branding solutions to top clients.
Strong understanding of CPL (Cost Per Lead), CPI (Cost Per Install), CPV (Cost Per View), and CPS (Cost Per Sale) models.
Prior experience with an ad agency, ad network, or digital media platform preferred.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to influence C-level executives.
Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques and CRM tools.
