**Job description**
With the vision to deliver quality medicine to patients, Anahad was launched. We are Mumbai's fastest-growing distributor and are direct stockists of almost all MNC Pharma companies. Catering to more than 2000 pharmacies and growing day by day.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Calendar Management:_
Manage and coordinate the MD’s calendar, ensuring all meetings, appointments, and events are scheduled efficiently.
Prioritize and resolve scheduling conflicts as they arise.
- Follow-ups:_
Proactively track and follow up on all tasks and projects assigned by the MD.
Ensure timely completion of tasks and provide regular updates on progress.
- Communication:_
Serve as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
- Meeting Coordination:_
Organize and prepare for meetings, including drafting agendas, taking minutes, and distributing relevant documents.
Ensure follow-up on action items from meetings.
- Travel Arrangements:_
Plan and coordinate all travel arrangements for the MD, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Handle any travel-related issues that may arise.
- Document Management:_
Prepare, review, and manage documents, reports, and presentations for the MD.
Ensure all documents are filed and maintained systematically.
- Project Management:_
Assist in managing various projects and initiatives led by the MD.
Track project milestones and ensure timely completion.
- Administrative Support:_
Handle a wide range of administrative tasks, including expense reports, office supplies management, and maintaining records.
Assist with personal tasks as needed.
- Liaison:_
Act as a liaison between the MD and other departments within the organization.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams.
- Qualifications:_
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting senior executives.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Strong follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proactive, flexible, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
