Position Overview:
The Executive Assistant to the Managing Director (MD) will be a vital support role, ensuring the smooth functioning of the MD’s day-to-day operations. This individual will manage the MD’s calendar, assist in project management, handle communication, coordinate meetings and travel arrangements, and provide general administrative support. A key aspect of this role is maintaining confidentiality and managing tasks with attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Support senior management in planning, ensuring compliance adherence, meeting deadlines, and handling critical requests effectively.
2. Manage executive assistant/secretarial activities by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless business operations.
3. Serve as a strategic communicator for both internal teams and external parties.
4. Maintain a high level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential information and interactions with colleagues.
5. Demonstrate exceptional operational excellence, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple critical tasks, meet tight deadlines, and solve complex issues promptly.
6. Oversee and manage the timely and accurate flow of information while coordinating daily office operations as per departmental Standard Operating Procedures.
7. Arrange travel and accommodation plans efficiently.
9. Take detailed and accurate minutes during meetings.
10. Screen and direct phone calls and correspondence appropriately.
Requirements and Skills:
1. A minimum of 10 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.
3. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality in professional dealings.
7. Bachelor's degree required.
8. Experience in managing coordination outside India is highly desirable.
9. Prior experience in the travel industry will be preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
