Job Description
Position: Executive - Trade Marketing Role responsibilities:
Actively work with branding agencies & other partner agencies to deliver all marketing materials like designs, collaterals, signages, in shop branding, etc.
Provide Support to the local sales team with the execution of all in-store branding and BTL activities.
Co-ordinate with regional vendors for timely delivery of POS materials and branding execution.
Co-ordinate and execute marketing programs like new product launch events, promotional activities, etc.
Ensure optimum utilization of Marketing assets.
POS Management within the marketing including retails outlets & smooth coordination with Logistic/Warehouse Team.
Manage point of sales material (including logistic, distribution & Co-ordination) Deploy, maintain, and update the company's
Responsible for expanding the dealer network and managing the existing one.
Responsible for maintaining coordination with Distributors and Retailers.
Planning and Execution of various Sales Promotional Activities.
Planning and forecasting of various Sales Plan Achievements.
Responsible for maintaining and increasing the market share of key retailers in each town.
Drive secondary sales by expanding reach, engaging retailers, and launching channel initiatives such as the electrician programme, all while collaborating with the distributor team and sales officer.
Designing a sales plan for the area and implementing it through key retailer engagement, new initiatives, and leading/coordinating the execution of a marketing programme in the city/area.
