This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior HR Executive located in Nagpur. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Junior HR Executive
to join our team. The role involves supporting and executing a wide range of HR operations and employee engagement activities. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth HR processes, fostering positive employee relations, and driving initiatives that enhance workplace culture.

Qualifications:

Experience: 1 to 3 years

Qualification: MBA in HR

Must Have (primary skills):

  • Knowledge of recruitment and sourcing techniques
  • Aware of Software industry terms and requirements
  • Well versed with data management using excel, word, google sheets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • Knowledge of Job portals and resources used for recruitment
  • Logical bend of mind
  • Have a knack for developing interpersonal relationships
  • Team working skills and the ability to collaborate well with others
  • The ability to organize self and prioritize the work
  • Has a go-getter and positive attitude
  • Self-motivated and demonstrates a "never die attitude"
  • Believes in Work hard - Play Hard

  • Be part of the recruitment team
  • Maintaining track of open positions
  • Managing job boards across various platforms
  • Maintaining Candidate database
  • Conducting initial phone screenings
  • Communicating with candidates and setting up interviews
  • Following up with internal stakeholders for reviews
  • Maintain candidate communication and keep the engagement level until the position is filled
  • Take initiatives in employee engagement activities
